Terms and Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Wilda Outdoors, including coaching programs, training plans, and participation in the Swedish Heritage Run.

2. Services

Wilda Outdoors offers:

  • Personal running coaching and training programs
  • Group training and camp activities
  • Registration for Swedish Heritage Run
  • Digital content and training resources

3. Payment and Prices

All prices are quoted in SEK including VAT. Payment is made via the payment methods offered at the time of purchase. For subscription services, the fee is charged in advance for each period.

4. Running Group - Free Participation and Liability

The running group in Spånga is offered free of charge during spring 2026. Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. Wilda Outdoors does not provide insurance for participants. Each participant is responsible for their own health, personal insurance, and any injuries that may occur during training.

5. Photography and Image Use

Photographs and videos may be taken during our activities. By participating in our activities, you consent to images in which you may appear being published on our website and social media for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in images, please inform the session leader.

6. Limitation of Liability

Participation in our activities is at your own risk. Wilda Outdoors is not responsible for personal injuries or property damage that occurs in connection with training or competitions, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.

7. Health Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you are in good health and capable of participating in the activities you sign up for. If in doubt, you should consult a doctor before starting a training program.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website and in our training programs, including texts, images, logos, and training plans, is protected by copyright and belongs to Wilda Outdoors.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or on our website at least 30 days before they take effect.

10. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. If the parties cannot agree, the dispute shall be decided by a Swedish court.
